One-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, FLIP Defense will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
• Replace the product with an equivalent item, or
• Provide a refund of the purchase price.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects.
• Defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Modifications or alterations to the product.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or maintenance.
• Loss or theft.
• Apparel products.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at FLIPDefense@gmail.com. Include the following information:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable).

Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions. Shipping costs for sending the product to us may be your responsibility, but we will cover shipping back to you if for approved and resolved claims.

Limitations and Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. FLIP Defense is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this product.
